2018年5月,山東省菏澤市某育肥豬場新進(j木話ìn)仔豬突然出現急性發(fā)病死亡,死亡率章志高達30%以上。爲确診病原,分析病原的遺傳演化規律,對(duì)病死豬進信少(jìn)行了病理組織學(xué)診斷和病毒分離鑒定,并對(d機文uì)分離株的E2基因進(jìn)行了序列測定及遺傳變異分畫務析。結果顯示,組織學(xué)病變符合豬瘟的病變特征,與參考毒株核苷酸來雨和氨基酸的同源性分别爲83.4%~97.9%和88.7%~98.7%,與本實驗室從山東分離的流行毒株的核苷酸和氨相跳基酸同源性均高于其他參考毒株。E2基因遺傳進(jìn)化分析表明,該分離株與本實驗室分離的流行毒株遺傳距離較空喝近,同屬于豬瘟病毒2.1d亞型分支。E2基因推導氨基酸突變位點分析表明,分離株的糖基化位點(T806A)與所有參考株均不相同,其具體生物學(xué)意義有待研究。上美工述結果表明,該豬場仔豬的急性發(fā)病死亡是高新由豬瘟病毒感染所緻,緻病毒株屬于豬瘟病毒2.1d亞型。
