沙門氏菌、單核細胞增生李斯特菌和金黃色葡萄球菌是食品中做請常見的緻病菌,在國(guó)内外常引起(qǐ)食源性疾病。爲解決食源個離性疾病中的微生物檢測問題,本研究將(jiāng)免疫磁珠技樹錢術和ATP發(fā)光技術聯合用于食品微生物檢測,選擇沙門氏菌、單開知核細胞增生李斯特菌病和金黃色葡萄球菌爲檢測對(d開女uì)象,建立快速檢測這(zhè)3種(zhǒng)常見食源性病原菌的富集及檢測新方法。山拿該方法在顯著縮短預增菌時(sh動熱í)間的條件下,通過(guò)免疫磁珠的富集作用獲得與常規增菌時(shí白女)間同樣(yàng)的效果,樣(y答術àng)品中的微生物濃度增加了10倍,大大提高了樣(yàng)本檢出率,縮短了檢測周期。結果表明,本研究建地中立的免疫磁珠富集後(hòu)聯合ATP發(fā)光技術具有快速、敏感、特異和低廉的優點做又,可用于檢測食品中沙門氏菌、單核細胞增生李斯特商男菌以及金黃色葡萄球菌,具有較好(hǎo)的推廣應用前景。

At present,Salmonella,Listeria monocytogenes and Stap光雪hylococcus aureus areco湖年mmon pathogenic bacteria in food,usually causing foodborn照友e diseases. In order to solv得分ethe problems of microbi話玩al detection,the immunomagnetic beads technolog計間y and ATPluminescence te店照chnology were combined,and a new method was establ日白ished for rapid d弟間etectionof the three foodbor窗很ne pathogens. Res動藍ults showed that,under the condition of significantlysho短區rtening the pre-enrichment time of ba錢機cteria,the same effects as the conventional 動年enrichment timewas obtained 制河by the immunoma上討gnetic beads,and the microbial concentration of t微錯he samples wasincreased 兵務by 10 times,which greatly improved the sample det街老ection rate and shortened新腦 thedetection cycle.
