爲了解雞群中I群禽腺病毒（FAdV-I）的流行現狀，從山東、黑龍江、吉林等地部分大規模養雞場采集病料師地，進(jìn)行病毒分離、PCR鑒定及同源性分析。結果顯示：從匠跳76份病料中分離到10株FAdV-I，分離率爲13%；10株FAdV-I中，1株爲血清4型，6株爲血清8b型，1株爲血清9型，2株爲血清11型。結果表明，山東、黑龍江、吉林等地均存在一定的FAdV-I流行，主要流行血清型已由4型轉變爲8b型，因此需要評估當前的4型滅活苗能(néng)否有效防控這(zhè)些地區房水的FAdV-I流行。
