爲了解雲南邊境地區近年來阿卡斑病毒（Akabanne disease virus，AKAV）流行情況，2017—2018年連續2年在雲南省與緬甸、老撾、越南接冷購壤的12個邊境縣采集牛血清，應用cELISA方法進(jìn)行AKAV抗體檢測。結果顯示：2017—2018年共檢測牛血清樣(yàng)品1860份，檢出陽性樣(yàng)品108份，陽性率爲5.8%，顯示這(zhè)些地區存在一定的AKAV感染；各縣AKAV抗體陽性率在0~24.4%之間，差異較大，其中抗體陽性率最高的爲富甯縣，2017年和2018年的陽性率分别爲24.4%和20.0%，而瑞麗連續2年未檢出抗體陽性；黃牛AKAV抗體陽性率（6.6%）高于水牛（4.7%），差異顯著（P<0.05）；入境牛抗體陽性率（6.5%）高于境内牛（3.0%），差異顯著（P<0.05）；養殖場（9.0%）、交易市場（8.4%）、屠宰場（7.6%）的牛AKAV抗體陽性率高于村寨散養戶（2.5%），差異極顯著（P<0.01）。結果表明，AKAV在雲南邊境地區存在一定的流行，其流行趨勢受入境動物影響。結果提示暗影，應繼續加強雲南省邊境地區AKAV等蟲媒病毒病的監控，及早發(fā)現員兵和控制該病流行。
