2017—2018年雲南省邊境地區阿卡斑我件病毒抗體檢測

爲了解雲南邊境地區近年來阿卡斑病毒(Akabanne disease virusAKAV)流行情況,2017—2018年連續2年在雲南省與緬甸、老撾、越南接冷購壤的12個邊境縣采集牛血清,應用cELISA方法進(jìn)行AKAV抗體檢測。結果顯示:2017—2018年共檢測牛血清樣(yàng)品1860份,檢出陽性樣(yàng)品108份,陽性率爲5.8%,顯示這(zhè)些地區存在一定的AKAV感染;各縣AKAV抗體陽性率在0~24.4%之間,差異較大,其中抗體陽性率最高的爲富甯縣,2017年和2018年的陽性率分别爲24.4%20.0%,而瑞麗連續2年未檢出抗體陽性;黃牛AKAV抗體陽性率(6.6%)高于水牛(4.7%),差異顯著(P<0.05);入境牛抗體陽性率(6.5%)高于境内牛(3.0%),差異顯著(P<0.05);養殖場(9.0%)、交易市場(8.4%)、屠宰場(7.6%)的牛AKAV抗體陽性率高于村寨散養戶(2.5%),差異極顯著(P<0.01)。結果表明,AKAV在雲南邊境地區存在一定的流行,其流行趨勢受入境動物影響。結果提示暗影,應繼續加強雲南省邊境地區AKAV等蟲媒病毒病的監控,及早發(fā)現員兵和控制該病流行。
