呋喃西林是一種(zhǒng)硝基呋喃類門到抗菌藥物,曾被(bèi)廣泛應用于水産養殖過(guò)程中。呋喃西林在動物白司體内的代謝物氨基脲(SEM)會(huì)與細胞膜蛋商門白緊密結合,形成(chéng)結合态殘留物紙廠,穩定而長(cháng)期存在于動物體内,具有緻科微癌、緻畸性。本文簡要介紹了呋喃西林藥物的藥理作用及有友其應用,綜述了兩(liǎng)種(zhǒng村黑)應用于SEM檢測的主要方法——高效液相色譜(HP家子LC)及其聯用技術和免疫分析法的研究進(jì著弟n)展情況及其優缺點,以及食品術房中的SEM來源,以期對(duì)呋喃西林藥物及其代謝物SEM有一個較爲見匠完整的了解,也爲進(jìn)一步開(筆生kāi)展相關研究奠定理論基礎。
