2019年4月，山東省新泰市某育肥豬場從某種(zhǒng)豬場購進湖睡(jìn)了100頭5周齡仔豬。購進(jìn)1周你線後(hòu)，有40多頭仔豬表現昏視通睡、嘔吐、拉稀等症狀并出現急性死亡，共死亡28頭，市愛病死率高達68%。對(duì)病厭討豬進(jìn)行病理剖檢、組織病理學(xué)檢查、要紅病原學(xué)檢測等實驗室綜合個了診斷，最終确診爲僞狂犬病病毒和副鐵兒豬嗜血杆菌的混合感染。對(du家去ì)分離的僞狂犬病病毒gE基因進(jìn)行測序和遺傳進(jì廠能n)化分析，确定該分離株與近期流行株同源性較高間可，這(zhè)爲該病疫苗的選擇和議工高效使用提供了依據。基于診斷結果，制定了相應的防控措施，使疫情得到了迅速微花控制。本文還(hái)分析讨論了該病例的發(fā)生原因、發(fā)病特點及機道病變特征，對(duì)類似病例的診斷防控具有一定的指導意義。
