B2L蛋白是羊口瘡病毒(ORFV)的主要囊膜蛋白,爲重要保護性抗道熱原之一,可刺激機體産生強烈的抗體反應。本研究對場北(duì)B2L基因運用Visual Gen離懂e Developer生物信息學(xué)軟件,分析其在大腸杆菌、畢赤酵山電母、昆蟲杆狀病毒表達系統中的密碼子影紅使用偏好(hǎo)性,從而選擇一個最适表達系統,以增加B們大2L蛋白的表達量。分析表明,B2L基因在昆蟲杆狀病毒表達系統中會(hu習煙ì)得到更好(hǎo)的表達,媽離這(zhè)爲B2L基因表達系統的選擇提供了參考。
