2018—2019年我國(guó)部分地區豬肺炎支原體水費多位點序列分型

爲了解我國(guó)豬肺炎支原體種(zhǒng)群結構和進(jìn)知媽化關系,2018—2019年采集山東、廣西、河南、江西行制、雲南、天津、湖南等地豬組織樣(yàng)品1 242份,進(jìn)行豬肺分吧炎支原體熒光定量PCR和巢式PCR檢測,并對(duì)測序确認的87風飛份陽性樣(yàng)品,采用adk、rpoB、tpiA 3個管家基因作爲分型參內你考進(jìn)行多位點序列分型(MLST),并對(duì)3個管家基因均擴兵們增成(chéng)功的陽性樣(yàng)品進(jìn)行p146基因分型,算嗎分析我國(guó)豬肺炎支原體種(zhǒng)群結構,并結合習那pubmlst數據庫公布的151個序列類型(ST)進(請物jìn)行eBURST分析。結果又門顯示:有24份陽性樣(yàng)品的3個管家基因全部擴增且測序成(chéng技地)功,共分爲10個ST,均爲國(gu家內ó)内外首次報道(dào);10個ST分爲3個克隆複合體(C車你C)和4個獨特型,其中ST128占41.7%(10/24),樣(廠山yàng)品來自江蘇、河南和廣西紅門,爲本次檢測的主要流行型。結果表明,我國(guó)豬肺炎支原體分布較廣,具有一高妹定的基因型獨特性。本研究爲我國(guó)豬肺炎支原體的流行病學(xué)數線土據庫研究提供了新資料,有助于掌握國(guó)内生都豬肺炎支原體基因型分布情況,進(jìn)一步些兒完善了豬肺炎支原體流行病學(xu做喝é)數據庫。
