20世紀90年代，本實驗室從雲南省哨兵動物采集的血液中分吧雜離到7種(zhǒng)血清型藍舌病病毒（對做bluetongue virus，BT生水V）。但這(zhè)些毒株的遺藍睡傳特征至今仍不清楚，因而阻礙了我國(guó)的BTV演化曆史分析。爲掌握習和雲南省早期流行BTV毒株的遺傳特征，對(duì)199術得5—1997年雲南省分離的25株BTV毒株的基因組節段2、3、7和10（Seg銀美-2、-3、-7、-10）進(jìn)行一步法RT-PCR擴增、測序以及序列了城分析。Seg-2序列分析顯示，1995—1997年雲南省分離到的7站資種(zhǒng)不同血清型（BTV是朋-1、-2、-3、-4、-12、-15、-16）BTV毒株，分屬A、B、G學地、H、I和J等6種(zhǒng)基因型；BTV-12型毒株的S資司eg-2爲西方地域型，其餘毒株的Seg-2則屬于東方地域型；報舞Seg-3和Seg-10序列分析顯示，2還朋5株BTV毒株均爲東方地域型；Seg-7序列分析顯示，1株BTV-業黑2型、2株BTV-12型和1株BTV-16型毒株屬于西方地域亞型，并朋空與南非和荷蘭BTV毒株的Seg-7具有最近的親緣關系頻友，其餘毒株則均爲東方地域型。上述結果表明，雲南省存在多種(zhǒn數窗g)血清型BTV的流行，而Seg-2和Seg-快如7基因重配毒株的發(fā)現，提示國那國(guó)外的西方地域型毒株已侵入雲南省，并在傳播過(guò)程中與我國(gu雨子ó)毒株發(fā)生了基因重配。本研究爲我國(guó)BTV的演化分析與影請溯源研究提供了數據參考。
