化學(xué)發(fā)光免疫分析（chemiluminesecence i志下mmunoassay，CLIA）是用于疫病檢測的一種(zhǒng)免疫檢測技術鐘鐵，是基于免疫反應原理，結合化學(xué)發(fā)光檢測技術而建立的。與放白上射免疫分析、酶免疫分析等标記免疫技術不飛相比，具有無放射性污染、靈敏度高和特異性強的特點區票，已被(bèi)廣泛應用于疫病流城離行病學(xué)調查、診斷、藥物錢謝分析以及微生物檢測等方面(miàn)。本文簡要介紹了CLIA技術的基近相本原理及發(fā)展，從細菌、病毒和寄生蟲檢測方面(mi化嗎àn)，綜述了近年來該技術在動物疫病檢測中的應用，提見遠出該技術正向(xiàng)高特異性、高靈敏度、高通量、和村快速和自動化檢測的方向(xiàng)發(fā)展，這(zhè)爲今後(hòu唱她)CLIA在動物疫病檢測中的應用研究提供參考。
