爲了解新疆野生北山羊小反刍獸疫病毒(pes志雪te des petits ruminants virus,PPR鄉房V)的分子特征,根據GenBank公布的PPRV基因組序列設鄉匠計并合成(chéng)引物,采用RT-PCR方法和基因測序技術獲得病毒全基因商能序列,應用分子生物學(xué)分析軟件,對(d小你uì)分離的PPRV毒株進(jìn)行序列分析。訊生結果顯示,本次分離的PPRV毒見務株(China/XJAKS/2017)屬于基因IV型費姐,基因組全長(cháng)15 954 nt,編碼6種(z師資hǒng)結構蛋白和2種(zhǒng)非結構蛋白;在系統進(制美jìn)化上,與國(guó)内新疆分離株China/XJBZ/20明科15、China/XJYL/2013同源率輛從分别高達99.0%、99.6%,與國(guó)外的巴基斯坦了街和塔吉克斯坦分離株親緣關系最近。結果表明,PPRV已經(jīng靜河)在家養動物與野生動物之間傳播。結果提示,PPRV傳說影入野生動物群爲我國(guó)消除PPR帶來極大困難,睡月需加強我國(guó)邊疆地區PPR免疫隔離帶建設,并對(duì)但日野生動物PPRV分子流行病學(xué)特坐影點進(jìn)行追蹤監測。
