碳納米管具有多種(zhǒng)良好(hǎo)的生物學(xué)特性,是近幾年志黃科研工作者研究的熱點納米材料之一,可增強機體問西免疫應答,提高特異性抗體水平,在免疫佐劑研發(fā)領域內音展現了良好(hǎo)的應用前景。碳納米管作爲免疫佐劑的優勢在于其有極高湖頻的比表面(miàn)積,可以非特異性吸附多種(場票zhǒng)藥物、基因、蛋白質等物朋農質;可進(jìn)入免疫細胞,且不破壞細胞膜結構,從做好而爲抗原運輸和遞送提供了有利條件。目前關于碳納米管去筆作用機體免疫應答的研究取得了一定進(j哥還ìn)展,但其增強機體免疫應答的确切作用機制尚未揭示,今後(hòu)需對(美習duì)碳納米管最佳的功能(néng)黃術化修飾方式、最适的免疫劑量及免疫毒性三方面(miàn)進(jìn)行通機深入研究。本文總結分析了碳納米管作爲媽錢佐劑的優勢及其應用研究情況,以及存在的潛在問題及下一樂有步研究重點,以期爲碳納米管免疫佐劑的研發(fā)提供新思路。文的
