爲了解不同非洲豬瘟病毒熒光PCR檢測試劑盒在務在檢測豬肉及豬肉制品中的特征，采用國(guó)内外6種(zh兒離ǒng)商品化非洲豬瘟病毒實時(shí)熒光PCR檢測試劑盒，分别對(duì妹媽)同一樣(yàng)本開(kāi)展穩定性試驗，對(duì)相同非洲豬瘟厭就強陽性、中陽性及弱陽性樣(yàng)本開(kāi)展敏感性試驗。結果顯示：弟議6種(zhǒng)試劑盒擴增穩定性良好(hǎo)；對(duì)強陽性樣(yà喝音ng)本，所有商品化試劑盒均能(néng)檢出；對(duì)中陽性及弱陽性家雜樣(yàng)本，特别是弱陽性樣著年(yàng)本，不同試劑盒的檢出情況不盡相同。因此在實際應日行用中，應根據具體需求選擇合适檢測試劑盒。本試驗爲小身一線工作者選擇使用不同商品化非洲豬瘟檢測試劑盒提供了一定參有匠考。
