爲了解我國(guó)近年來新出現的禽副黏病快月毒4型（APMV-4）的生物學(xué)特性，對(duì不房)2020年分離鑒定的3株鴨源A喝件PMV-4進(jìn)行緻病性分析和基因組測定。結果顯示：3株APMV拍事-4分離株F蛋白裂解位點均爲116DIPQR↓南煙F121，1日齡雛雞腦内接種(zhǒng)緻病指數老草（ICPI）爲0~0.23，對(duì)雞表現爲低緻病力。3株分離毒株視件基因組長(cháng)度均爲15科地 054 nt，基因組結構順序均爲3'-N朋讀-P-M-F-HN-L-5'，符合典型的副黏病還商毒基因組“六堿基原則”；病毒3'端通劇具有55 nt的前導序列，5'端存在17 nt的尾随序列，各基因間業舞有9~42 nt的基因間隔序列一火；3株分離毒株與APMV-4代表株同源性最高（97不工.2%~97.5%），與其餘禽副黏病毒同源性火見爲37.1%~47.3%，與中國(guó)香港、韓國(guó)分離株高度件他同源。結果表明，我國(guó)新出現的鴨源APMV-4爲弱毒株，基因組聽紙序列同源性較高，關鍵氨基酸位點未發(fā)生變異。本研究爲進(jìn)一了哥步了解APMV-4 和科學(xué)防控APMV-4感染提供了參考。
