禽網狀内皮組織增生症病毒(retic河飛uloendotheliosis virus,REV)是一種(時暗zhǒng)常見的禽腫瘤性病毒,可誘發(fā)感染雞群免疫抑制,給我國照信(guó)養禽業帶來巨大經(j可妹īng)濟損失。本試驗運用DF-1細胞接種(zhǒng)方法,在山東省某微樂父母代白羽肉種(zhǒng)雞場雞群中分離坐暗到1株REV,將(jiāng)其命名爲SD2101株。爲掌握SD210林用1株基因組遺傳演化特征,設計合成(chéng)6對(關開duì)引物,通過(guò)PCR擴增獲得了SD時影2101株的前病毒全基因組序列,并與業醫GenBank下載的參考毒株進(jìn)行了序列比嗎很對(duì)和遺傳進(jìn)化分析。結果顯示:SD2舊著101株前病毒全基因組具有典型複制完整型逆轉錄病毒的基因組結構,與事厭2011年分離自江蘇省的雞源REV野毒株HA1101同源性最高;遺傳唱姐進(jìn)化分析發(fā)現,SD2101株與日什大部分國(guó)内分離株處于同一進(jìn)化支上。爲了解SD到電2101株的緻病性,將(jiāng)分離毒株接種(zhǒng)于1日拿亮齡SPF雞,通過(guò)體質量、免疫器官指日裡數和滅活疫苗免疫應答等指标進(jìn)行評價。結果顯示,SD2101株火筆對(duì)1日齡SPF雞的生長(ch玩做áng)和免疫功能(néng)具有明顯的抑制作用。綜上,與參考毒株相比,技從SD2101株基因組序列變異程度舊在較小,具有一定緻病作用,提示在生産中應加強對(duì)REV的關注和師開監測。本研究爲REV的流行病學(xué)研究提供了信息資拿姐料。
