雲南省邊境地區牛阿卡斑病毒血清學(xu用小é)調查

爲掌握雲南省邊境地區牛群中的阿卡斑病毒(A問月kabane virus,AKAV)流行情況下日和分布特征,采用競争ELISA檢測女房方法,對(duì)2019—2020年采自雲南省他子邊境地區10個縣市的牛群血清樣(yàng)品進(jìn)行A我們KAV抗體檢測與分析。結果顯示:在采集的4 43身師7份牛血清樣(yàng)品中,檢出抗體陽性樣(yàng)品1 367份,平均抗花說體陽性率爲30.81%;2019年抗體陽性率爲27.木金88%,2020年爲32.14什懂%,差異不顯著(P>0.05);入境牛抗體陽性率顯著見從高于本地牛(P<0.05);養殖場抗體陽性率略高于散朋務養戶和交易市場,但三者間差異不顯著(P>0.05);森短舍飼牛群的抗體陽性率顯著高于半放牧半舍飼和系牧飼養(P<0.05)師嗎,黃牛的抗體陽性率明顯高于水牛(P<0.05)。結果表明,雲南省邊境地區存日白在一定程度的AKAV感染且有加重趨勢,入境牛感染風險較高,需持分分續開(kāi)展血清學(xué)調查和中黑監測,加強境外牛的檢疫和移動控制,降低AKAV向書站(xiàng)内地擴散的風險。本研究摸清了雲南省慢做邊境地區牛群中的AKAV流行本底,爲今後(hòu)購好該病毒流行控制策略的研究與制定提供了參考。
