新修訂的《動物防疫法》規定對(duì)跨省運輸動物實施指定通道(dào來技)管理。自2021年12月1日河南省對(duì)入豫動物實施指定他畫通道(dào)管理以來，經(jīng)指定通道(dào)入豫的動物運輸車厭鄉輛比例仍然較低。爲加強入豫動物調運監管，有效防控重大動物疫病，保障養殖快相業健康發(fā)展和人民群衆身體健康，本文對(筆窗duì)河南省指定通道(dào)制度實施現狀、存在問題及相關原因進(jìn)行紙劇了分析，并提出了核查車輛信息、查處違法行爲、了空加強宣傳教育等9個方面(miàn)的建議，以期爲運輸動物經(jīng)光山指定通道(dào)入豫監管提供借鑒。
