爲了解豬輪狀病毒(PoRV)VP7蛋白的生物信息學(xu身刀é)信息,運用Expasy-ProParam、YinOYang-1.2弟熱、TMHMM-2.0、ABCpred和IEDB等軟件,預測分析PoRV臨床體離分離株GZAS2020和疫苗株NX VP7蛋白的基本理化性質、結構功能(n頻歌éng)和B細胞抗原表位差異。結果顯示:兩(liǎng)種(zhǒng鐵鄉)VP7蛋白均屬于穩定蛋白、親水性蛋民窗白、跨膜蛋白和非分泌性蛋白;分離株與疫苗株的O糖基化位點數分别爲5放照5和62,N糖基化位點數均爲1,磷酸化位點數分别麗到爲29和30;亞細胞定位均位于質膜,均以α-螺旋來煙和無規則卷曲爲主要結構,延伸和β-轉角貫穿其中;藍用GZAS2020株的B細胞抗原表位綠南位于67~72 aa(PYANSTT)、97~100 aa(KWTE)懂生、176~179 aa(QQTD)、276~283 a慢農a(TTAPQTER),NX株位于96~99 aa(TKWK)、176~1亮離82 aa(QQTDEAN)、274~279 aa(DPT有雪TTP)、310~317 aa(MSKRSRSL),兩姐街(liǎng)者在97~100、176~1年窗79、276~279 aa處存在相同的B細胞抗原表位,但師秒GZAS2020株在無規則卷曲位置(67~72 aa)存在獨特的B細信飛胞抗原表位。以上結果說(shu器外ō)明,疫苗株NX與貴州省流行株GZAS2路黃020在主要抗原蛋白上存在差異。
