爲了解我國(guó)部分地區屠宰生豬旋毛蟲和弓形蟲感染黑能情況,2019年在廣東(5個)低理、山東(4個)、雲南(6個)等省份的15個大型算厭、中小型生豬屠宰場,采集豬膈肌樣(yàng)品315份商去,用PCR方法進(jìn)行旋毛蟲和唱商弓形蟲病原學(xué)檢測;在以上3省15個大型、中小型生豬屠宰科車場(每省5個),采集血清樣(yàng)品254份,用ELISA方法進(j你就ìn)行旋毛蟲和弓形蟲血清學(xué)檢測。結果南她顯示:經(jīng)PCR檢測,采樣(yàng)地區所有爸兒膈肌樣(yàng)品均爲旋毛蟲陰性,僅在雲南省120份膈肌樣市機(yàng)品中檢出1份弓形蟲劇金陽性;經(jīng)ELISA檢測,采樣(yàng)地區血清樣(y大亮àng)品的旋毛蟲和弓形蟲抗體陽性率分别爲1日南.97%和2.36%,不同省份的陽性率分布不一緻,中小型屠白會宰場陽性率均高于大型屠宰場。結果表明,廣東、山東、雲南等省份屠宰生劇媽豬的旋毛蟲和弓形蟲攜帶率極低,基本可以保證豬肉的産品安全;部分愛制地區屠宰生豬存在一定的弓形蟲感染抗體,尤其是中小型屠宰場,表明此那吃類豬群需要加強飼養環節的弓形蟲感染控制。本研究爲保障豬肉食路你品安全及飼養環節的豬旋毛蟲和弓形蟲感染控制提供了依據和指導。
Detection of Trichine雪能lla spiralis and Toxoplasma gondii in和很 Pigs for Slaughtering in Some Regions你年 of China in 2019
