A型塞内卡病毒（Senecavirus A飛地，SVA）是新發(fā)現的一種(zhǒng)影響養豬業的RNA病毒亮老，現已在美洲的美國(guó)、加拿到嗎大、巴西、哥倫比亞以及亞洲的中國(guó)、泰國(guó)、越南等多個國(吧的guó)家被(bèi)發(fā)現。2015年SVA首次在我國(guó)廣林房東省發(fā)現後(hòu)，已有15個省、自治區和直轄市報道(dào)檢測資相到該病毒，表明SVA已在我國(gu高歌ó)不同地域廣泛分布。豬感染SVA後(hòu)商錯的臨床症狀與口蹄疫、豬水泡病及水泡性口男知炎等類似，難以鑒别。SVA的實驗室診斷多采用病原學(xué)和血學可清學(xué)方法。對(duì)于該病目前仍無商品化疫醫林苗可用，但已有研究出重組活疫苗候選株和油佐劑滅活候選疫苗的報道(動姐dào)。SVA未來的流行态勢目前難以預測，因此需密切關注SV可個A在全球的流行現狀，并深入研究SVA的緻病及免疫機理，同資笑時(shí)盡快研發(fā)有效的疫苗理少和診斷試劑。通過(guò)病原學(xué)、臨床男書症狀、流行狀況、診斷方法、疫苗研發(fā)等方面(miàn)的綜述，畫刀本文爲我國(guó)SVA防控提供了參考。
