爲填補測量不确定度在獸醫領域病和店原學(xué)檢測的空白，建立豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征病毒（PRRSV）實時(s城厭hí)熒光定量RT-PCR檢測試劑盒測量不确定度評估模型，對(du生文ì)市售的3種(zhǒng)美洲型PRRSV實時(弟錢shí)熒光RT-PCR檢測試劑盒進(jìn)大的行了測量不确定度評估，評估了移液器、溫度、火的重複性測量因素對(duì)試驗結果産生的不确定度影場睡響。研究數據表明：移液器與重複性測量對(duì到說)試驗結果産生的不确定度影響較大，應予以重視，需規範操作；建立的3種光白(zhǒng)試劑盒測量不确定度模型縮小了試劑盒畫錯對(duì)可疑樣(yàng)品的判定區域，對(duì)樣(yàn雪事g)品臨界參考值的檢測結果判定具有實際意義。通過(guò)比對(duì)4個離技廠家的核酸提取試劑，篩選出了提取效率最高的試劑坐筆盒。本研究建立的PRRSV實時(shí)熒光RT-林文PCR定量檢測試劑盒測量不确定度模型爲獸醫間光實驗室檢測結果不确定度評估及應用奠定了基礎。
