禽多殺性巴氏杆菌可引起(qǐ)禽出血性敗血船上症,又稱爲禽巴氏杆菌病、禽霍亂,發(fā裡他)病快,死亡率高。爲對(duì)禽多殺性巴氏杆科影菌的緻病機制研究及臨床防治提供站來支持,通過(guò)PCR鑒定、耐藥性分析、生物被(bèi有們)膜形成(chéng)能(néng)力試驗以及半數緻死科樂量(LD50)測定,對(duì)4株臨床分離的雞源多殺性巴氏杆道飛菌(Pm01、Pm03、1801及1803)進(又人jìn)行了相關生物學(xué)特性分析。PCR鑒歌得定結果顯示,4株多殺性巴氏杆菌均爲莢膜血清A國醫型,均含有pfhA、exBDtonB、nanB、oma87、ompH、空黑hgbB、hgbA、sodC、s器下odA 9種(zhǒng)毒力基因,不含有toxA、看吧nanH、ptfA 3種(zhǒng)毒力基因;耐藥性分析結果顯示到拿,4株多殺性巴氏杆菌對(duì)克林黴素、紅黴素制好、四環素、卡那黴素、阿莫西林、頭讀會孢噻吩和氨苄西林等7種(zhǒng)抗生素表現出全部或部分耐藥友雜;生物被(bèi)膜形成(chéng)能(n時工éng)力試驗結果顯示,Pm01菌道多株能(néng)形成(chéng)極強的生物被(bèi)膜,而Pm03、180高個1以及1803菌株幾乎不能(néng)形成(ché資懂ng)生物被(bèi)膜;LD50測定結果顯示,4菌株LD50分别爲1.33×線年101、2.74×102、4.22和4.22 CFU。結果表明,4株雞源嗎見多殺性巴氏杆菌含有多種(zhǒng)毒力基因鐘暗,均具有較強的緻病性,其毒力與生物被(bèi)膜形成(ché錯愛ng)能(néng)力不完全相關,且對(du愛照ì)多種(zhǒng)抗生素耐藥。本研究爲禽巴氏杆菌病防治提供時唱了技術支撐與參考數據。
Analysis on the Biological Char姐著acteristics of Four Strains我廠 of Pasteurella multocida Derived from綠商 Chicken
