爲全面(miàn)掌握雲南省玉溪市小反刍獸疫（P你子PR）的病原分布和羊群免疫效果，根據2021年玉溪市PPR專項監測方家林案，在全市開(kāi)展PPR中年監測和流行病學(xué)調查。采用多階段調查的方快黃法，從全市9個縣區采集免疫羊血清樣(yàng)品1 631份、眼鼻棉少是拭子樣(yàng)品6 438份，分别使用阻斷ELI了子SA和實時(shí)熒光RT-PCR檢測方法低要，進(jìn)行PPR免疫抗體檢測和病毒核酸檢測。結果顯示：2會頻021年玉溪市PPR群體免疫合格率爲82.98%，個體免煙鐘疫合格率爲83.62%，未檢測到病原學(xué)志飛陽性樣(yàng)品；不同養殖區域、不同性别的免疫抗師西體合格率均有統計學(xué)差異兵白（P＜0.05），而不同養殖類型、不同企業疫筆理苗的免疫抗體合格率差異均不顯著（P＞0.05拍短）。結果表明：玉溪市羊PPR整體免疫效果較好(hǎo麗樂)，所用PPR疫苗免疫原性較好(hǎo)，免疫程序合理，和唱但部分縣區的免疫合格率較低，因此應繼續加強P數影PR的強制免疫及補免工作；在未引入新媽河疫源的前提下，疫情發(fā)生風險較低，但應加大羊隻引種(海購zhǒng)檢疫和調運監管力度。本次監測評估了玉溪市的PP鄉們R總體防控狀況，爲盡快實現消滅PPR的目标提供了數據支撐開爸。
Special Monitoring and Evaluation on 務能PPR in Yuxi City of Yunnan Provi去時nce in 2021
