爲了解雲南省山羊群中的地方性鼻内腫瘤病毒（enzootic 物空nasal tumor virus，EN下現TV）感染情況，2017年在雲南省南部邊境地區江城縣采集窗商山羊血分離血漿，采用随機PCR（random PCR）進(j書得ìn)行擴增、克隆，結果從20吧著份血漿中獲得與ENTV 2型（ENTV-2）同源性較高資房的2條序列；根據ENTV-2 CHN1（KU2子看58870）毒株序列設計一套半巢廠要式引物，對(duì)采集的20份血漿進(jìn輛物)行核酸檢測，結果4份爲陽性。序列分析發(fā)現，檢測到的白什4條序列與四川、福建等地流行的ENTV-2位于同一個進(jìn志自)化分支，它們之間的核苷酸同源性爲96.3%~99.5%，氨基酸同源性爲外木95.3%~99.0%，提示江城縣羊群中流行的ENV-2可著費能(néng)與四川省、福建省流行毒株相關；位點分析結果顯頻劇示，江城縣的這(zhè)4份ENTV-2核酸陽吃黑性樣(yàng)品在env蛋白186和204位發煙間(fā)生了獨特的“G→E”氨基酸位點突變，其中頻刀1份在178位還(hái)發(fā)生了“T→P”的氨基酸位人笑點突變。結果表明，江城縣山羊群中存在ENTV-2感染，且流行的ENT麗土V-2呈現一些特有的分子特征。因此，雲南省需要加強E東件NTV監測，了解其在山羊群中的流行情況及其演變規律。本研究爲進(jìn)一步開窗唱(kāi)展ENTV感染調查和報她山羊呼吸道(dào)疾病的診斷和預防提供了依據。
Detection and Seque化路nce Analysis of Goat Enzootic Nasal Tu北作mor Virus in Jiangcheng County，Yun冷暗nan Province
