爲了解河南省O型口蹄疫(FMD)的免疫抗體水平,評估其免疫效她些果,2021年在河南省規模場、屠宰場與散養戶,随機采路務集785場次22 879份血清樣(yàng)品,采用ELIS廠又A方法檢測O型FMD免疫抗體,并對(duì)檢測結果進(jìn)行年機不同畜種(zhǒng)、不同場點類型、不姐有同季節、不同行政區域的統計分析。結果顯示:2021年全省O型FMD抗體免疫合科自格率爲80.30%,其中豬、牛、羊抗體免疫合格率她腦分别爲79.09%、92.48%、72.26%。豬場中,種(zh師南ǒng)豬場、商品代場、屠宰場O型FMD抗體免疫合格率分别爲85.24%謝外、82.57%、65.56%;牛場中,種(zhǒng)牛場、商品代場、屠草謝宰場、散養戶O型FMD抗體免疫合格率分别爲96.72%、91.75%、94.1請暗7%、100%;羊場中,種(zhǒng)羊場、商品代場、散養戶O司錢型FMD抗體免疫合格率分别爲78.63%、外關72.37%、69.46%。春、夏、秋、子妹冬季的O型FMD抗體免疫合格率分别爲79.42%、裡人79.00%、80.58%、86.12%。18個地市不亮中,有2個地市O型FMD抗體免疫合格率低于70%。結果表明:河市土南省O型口蹄疫整體免疫效果較好(hǎo廠和),但羊場免疫效果相對(duì)較差,尤其是散養錯城戶,免疫抗體合格率未達到70%,存在疫情發(fā)生風險。結果提離時示,需重點加強羊飼養場尤其是散養戶的O型FMD免疫工作。
