爲初步了解廈門市寵物犬貓中布魯氏菌、弓形蟲、A型流感病毒及巴爾通體購那的流行情況，采用熒光PCR、ELISA及血訊可凝抑制等檢測方法，對(duì)2021年從廈門市32她器家動物診療機構中采集的304份寵物犬貓血清及對(du鐘會ì)應的全血樣(yàng)品進(jìn)行抗體及核酸檢測。結果顯示：寵物犬空兒貓中，布魯氏菌（光滑型及粗糙型）表觀流行率爲2.0%，真實流行率爲0.放工5%（95%CI：0~1.3%）；弓形蟲表觀流行率爲3.3%，真實流行了森率爲0.8%（95%CI：0~1.8%）；A型流感病毒表觀從謝流行率爲8.6%，真實流行率爲7.7%（95%CI：4.麗秒7%~10.7%），檢出H9亞型抗體陽性樣(yàng)品1會美9份（抗體滴度爲4log2~6log2），未檢出H5亞型及H7亞型抗體陽性樣(舞快yàng)品（抗體滴度＜1log2）。未檢出布魯氏菌、弓形蟲、微業巴爾通體及A型流感病毒核酸陽性樣(yàng)品。結果表明，廈門市寵物犬貓中存場家在一定的A型低緻病性流感病毒傳播風險行舊，其他病原流行風險較低，但這(zhè)些病原均具有感染人和其好兵他動物的潛在風險，需要繼續加強監測，做好舊現(hǎo)個人防護。本研究爲本地犬貓人獸共患病防治提供了冷村依據。
