爲了解安徽省禽群呼吸道(dào)病毒感染情況,2021年3—11月從12個縣(頻去市、區)17個家禽屠宰點和1個雪大農貿市場收集472份喉頭氣管組織樣(yàng)本,運用熒光定頻吧量RT-PCR方法,對(duì)誘發(fā)家禽呼吸道(dào)疾放市病的主要病毒性病原進(jìn)行檢測。結果顯示:除未檢出高緻病性禽流市她感病毒(AIV-H5、AIV-H7)核酸陽性外,新城疫病毒(NDV)、禽傳染又作性支氣管炎病毒(IBV)、禽傳染性喉氣老算管炎病毒(ILTV)、禽偏肺病毒(aMPV)均有核酸陽性被作煙(bèi)檢出,平均陽性率分别爲9.96%、都水27.54%、1.06%、5.51%;NDV、IBV、aMPV的春季公謝陽性率高于其他季節,夏季檢出病原種(zh鄉兵ǒng)類最多;皖南、皖中和皖北區域均有NDV陽性被(bèi)檢出,皖南區域的農機IBV陽性率最高,皖南、皖中區域均檢出aMPV陽性,而ILT科分V陽性僅在皖北區域被(bèi)檢出多在;雞群中的NDV、IBV、ILTV、aMPV陽性率高于鴨群。病毒厭畫感染以單一感染爲主,占比爲86.89%;單一感染中,IBV單一感染占森那比最高,爲66.67%;混合感染中,IBV+NDV和IBV+aMPV雙重感染光身占比較高,分别爲45.83%和50.0雪道0%,僅檢出1份三重感染樣(yàng)本(NDV+IB上錢V+aMPV)。結果表明:安徽省家禽禽流感機司防控效果較好(hǎo),但存在不同程度的NDV、IBV、I都件LTV、aMPV流行,其中IBV最爲嚴重,且這(zhè)些病原存在一定那空的季節和區域流行特征。因此,安徽省不同區域應根據光但不同病原流行特點,采取各有側重的防控策略,完善疫病監測機制,書腦在重點區域和高發(fā)季節加強疫病防控又國。
