2020—2021年我國(guó)部分省份禽呼腸孤病毒分子流行病道用學(xué)調查

近年來,禽呼腸孤病毒(ARV)在我國(gu他光ó)白羽肉雞群中的感染率呈上升趨勢,流舞著行範圍較廣,給我國(guó)肉雞養殖企業帶來了較大經(jī少還ng)濟損失。ARV易變異重組,因此全關你面(miàn)了解其分子流行病學(xué)特征謝吧具有十分重要的意義。爲了解我國(guó)白羽肉雞群中ARV的遺傳變異特點,20綠木20—2021年從山東、河北、福建、安徽、遼甯、江蘇等6個省份收但他集疑似ARV感染樣(yàng)品,采用RT-PCR方法篩選陽性樣(yàn厭不g)本,然後(hòu)對(duì)陽性樣(yàng)本進黑海(jìn)行σC基因(1 088 bp)測序,根據門讀測序結果分析ARV不同基因型分布規律及占比。結果顯示:2020—2021年,路相從6個省份中,經(jīng)RT-PCR檢測,檢出ARV陽性樣(yàng)品1中話57份,總陽性檢出率爲62.1%,不同省份的陽性檢出率爲紅男44.4%~77.3%。157份陽性少看樣(yàng)品可分爲6個基因型,其中基因1型61份(38.85%)、民音基因2型41份(26.11%)、基因3型15份(9.56%)、大坐基因4型9份(5.73%),基因5型30份(19.11%),基因6型1份(0.北睡64%);61份基因1型樣(yàng)品中,讀票38份與标準ARV疫苗株(S1133)森煙屬于同一亞分支,另外23份與4599參考株處于單獨的另一亞分支。結果表劇民明:我國(guó)肉雞群中存在一定程度的AR訊東V流行;流行的ARV基因型較爲複雜,且存在基因1型變異毒株,當前的疫苗株已舞現不能(néng)對(duì)其提供足夠的保市厭護。結果提示,今後(hòu)需要進(jìn)區放一步開(kāi)展ARV感染監輛門測,評估其流行及變異情況,調整免疫策略,加快新疫苗等防疫技術及産子靜品研發(fā)。本研究初步了解了我國(guó)部分省份的ARV分子流行到房病學(xué)特征,對(duì)我國(guó)ARV感染的防控具有拍路重要意義,也爲變異株新型疫苗研發(fā)提供了依據。
