2020年我國(guó)部分地區豬那章繁殖與呼吸綜合征分子流行病學(xué)調查

爲了解我國(guó)豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征病毒(porcine reprod理答uctive and respirator讀森y syndrome virus,PRRS去愛V)的流行及遺傳變異情況,2020年對(duì)來自7個省的570份疑到見似PRRSV感染樣(yàng)品進(jìn)行RT-PCR檢測媽和,并對(duì)60個PRRSV陽性樣(yàng雨術)品進(jìn)行ORF5基因測序及分析比較。RT-PCR檢測結果顯示,2開間020年送檢樣(yàng)品中,PRRSV陽性檢出率爲23.68%(13森雨5/570),其中保育豬病料的陽性檢些林出率最高,爲32.24%(108/335)。同源性對(為對duì)比及遺傳進(jìn)化分析結果顯示,60個PRRSV均爲P我化RRSV2(美洲株),主要屬于譜系1和會購譜系8,占比分别爲51.67%和43.33%。氨基酸分析結刀事果顯示,60個PRRSV的GP5兵在蛋白氨基酸以點突變爲主,其中10個P微藍RRSV的GP5蛋白氨基酸出現缺失突變,且非中和表歌老位、中和表位、潛在毒力位點及N-糖基化位點均發(fā)生不同程度的變異。結果懂海表明,保育豬群爲PRRSV高發(fā)病群體,譜系校見1 PRRSV或已成(chén坐行g)爲國(guó)内流行優勢毒株,且PRRSV不斷發(fā)生變異,這又街(zhè)或許會(huì)影響現有疫苗的免疫保護效果。因此,針對(duì購煙)PRRS需要綜合防控,除選用安全有效章金的PRRSV弱毒活疫苗進(jìn)行免疫外,加強豬場生物安全及飼養管理也極其內讀重要。
