爲了解福建省雞場圓圈病毒3型（GyV3）的流行及其VP2基因變異情況，2金著021年在南平市、龍岩市和福州市的36個可著雞場，采集365份疑似GyV3感染病雞廠去的腺胃樣(yàng)品，通過(guò窗姐)PCR進(jìn)行GyV3核酸檢測。結果顯示：共檢出GyV3核酸陽性55對市份，陽性檢出率爲15.06%。對(duì)5份GyV3陽性樣(月笑yàng)品進(jìn)行VP2基因序列分析發(fā)現，5份樣(yàng)品兵長的VP2基因核苷酸和推導氨基酸序列相似性分雨區别爲98.6%~99.9%和98.3%~100%，與參考株山東肉雞分離株SD我快AU-1和巴西家雞分離株核苷酸和推導氨基酸序列的相似性分别爲98.3%~99長飛.2%和97.5%~99.2%，均屬于Group A分支中的路呢GyV3小分支。結果表明：福建省雞場存在GyV3流行；其VP2基因遺傳序列少人穩定，可作爲GyV3感染流行病學海文(xué)監測的首選基因。本研究爲GyV3的後(hòu)續業媽研究提供了理論依據。
