本研究通過(guò)分子流行病學(xué)診斷技術，分别從山明來東、遼甯、吉林、陝西4個地區表現肝炎症狀的病雞中，采集肝髒和脾髒樣(yàn風知g)品，利用RT-PCR方法，檢測禽戊型肝炎病毒（aH知明EV），并對(duì)aHEV-ORF2答歌 基因片段進(jìn)行測序，利用MegA門請lign進(jìn)行同源性比較。結果顯示數街：4個雞場的病雞樣(yàng)品藍短均爲aHEV 陽性，aHEV-ORF2基因序列間同源性爲金外84.5%~94.5%，與已報道(dào)的4種(zhǒng)基因型民雨同源性均小于84.0%，其中與基因1型的澳大利亞株和韓國(guó)錢理株同源性爲81.6%~82.8%，與基因2型的美國(guó)原型樹分株和美國(guó)無毒株同源性爲80.9票亮%~82.8%，與基因3型的歐洲株和中國(guó)株業體同源性爲80.8%~82.5%，與基因4型的匈牙利株和中國(guó)台灣株同物著源性爲 81.4%~82.6%。ORF2基因進(jìn)化樹分析顯示：民生4株aHEV均屬于戊型肝炎B種(呢樹zhǒng)，形成(chéng)報店獨立的基因分支，但不屬于已報道(dào)的4個基因型，而在一個新型獨立分支就明上，表明國(guó)内存在一種(zhǒn雨懂g)新基因型的aHEV流行。本研究爲我國(gu員體ó)aHEV的進(jìn)一步研究提供了基礎和依據。
