爲評估奶牛年齡分布、棚舍位置、胎次、泌乳等因素，對(duì)牛型結核菌素年你（PPD）皮内變态反應試驗特異性的影響，對(duì)上海市某奶牛場20飛議31頭奶牛的PPD皮内變态反應試驗初篩結果進(jìn)行他爸分析和回顧性問卷調查，并利用Epi infoTM 7軟件，對(duì)內內初篩結果和問卷調查結果進(jìn)行單因素分靜數析。初篩和問卷調查結果顯示：該奶牛場PPD皮内變态反應試驗初篩疑似反應率兒票爲15.75%，疑似反應主要集中在2匠河歲以下、0~2胎的青年奶牛，其中1.5~2歲青牛奶牛疑似生遠反應率最高；随著(zhe)年齡日拍、泌乳量和胎次的增加，疑似反應率呈下降趨勢。玩快單因素分析結果顯示：未配種(zhǒng)志對奶牛（OR=2.02，P＜0.01），未懷孕奶牛（OR=1.37，站物P＜0.01），未泌乳奶牛或幹奶牛（OR=3.72，P＜0.0船遠1）是導緻奶牛場出現PPD皮内變态反應試驗疑似反應的危害性風險因素能從。結果表明：2歲以下青年奶牛易站白出現PPD皮内變态反應試驗疑似反應，呈現出顯著的年資還齡相關性；是否配種(zhǒng)、懷孕以及泌乳量多少均能(néng煙志)夠影響PPD皮内變态反應試驗的特異性。建議奶牛場將哥海(jiāng)犢牛結核病首次檢測日齡提前至90日齡以内，并對睡遠(duì)初篩出現疑似反應的奶牛立即隔離，采用γ房人-幹擾素試驗和PPD比較皮内變态反應試驗的平行檢測策略進(jì習志n)行确診。本研究全面(miàn)了解了奶牛場初空錢篩疑似反應奶牛的個體特征和風險因素，有助于提高檢測方法的敏感輛理性，減少假陰性。
