爲檢驗泰萬菌素對(duì)豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征（PRRS）的防控效山中果，用2種(zhǒng)泰萬菌素制品（A、B黑一）和黃芪多糖飼喂妊娠母豬，通過(guò)統計臨床生産指标、母豬和仔豬抗體水平、唱開病毒檢出率以及細胞因子IL-2、IFN-γ表達水平等，綜合一作評價泰萬菌素的PRRS防控效果。結果顯示：泰萬菌素的PRRS防控效果明顯優說離于黃芪多糖，其中泰萬菌素A、B組母豬的産健仔率由試驗前的84.98%一好分别提高到94.44%、91.89%，産弱胎、死胎筆對或木乃伊胎率相應降低；泰萬菌素A、B組母豬流産書坐率降低，體内抗體下降速率減緩，所産仔豬抗體穩定性和整齊度提高，母豬微章血液中的PRRS病原檢出率和濃度降低，IL-2表達水平下降海老，IFN-γ表達水平上升。結果林道表明，泰萬菌素可降低妊娠母豬因PRRS造成(chéng)的繁殖障礙吃讀率，同時(shí)可通過(guò)調控細胞因子水平增強機體免疫車分力，從而起(qǐ)到防控PRRS的作用。本研究爲PRRS防控提供了一討章種(zhǒng)新思路。
