爲了解雲南省邊境地區牛口蹄疫（FMD）免們數疫情況，對(duì)2021年采自雲南省7個邊境縣市日線的1 522份牛血清樣(yàng)品，采用O裡科、A型口蹄疫病毒（FMDV）cELISA抗體檢測試劑盒及FM還報DV 結構蛋白單抗阻斷ELISA試劑盒進(jìn)行抗制喝體檢測。結果顯示：O、A型抗體陽性率平均分别爲57.61%、下國67.29%，未達到70%的國(guó)内最低免疫标準；勐臘、盈江兩(l暗麗iǎng)地非結構蛋白抗體陽性率偏高，分别爲5錯錢7.50%、54.62%；入境牛O型、A子生型、非結構蛋白抗體陽性率分别爲金得70.29%、79.70%、58.23%，本地牛分别爲54河行.31%、63.87%、40.52%，差異顯著（P＜0.05）；規模相拍場、散養戶、隔離場的O型抗體陽性率分别爲61.04%、52.24對科%、70.29%，A型抗體陽性率東化分别爲63.73%、63.12%、79.70%，章個非結構蛋白抗體陽性率分别爲37.78%、42.31%、長亮58.52%，隔離場陽性率場顯著高于規模場和散養戶（P＜0.05）。結果是為表明：雲南省邊境地區FMDV免疫抗體水平不高，且存在一定的病毒傳入風險，需持她匠續開(kāi)展血清學(xué動來)調查和監測，提高疫苗接種(zhǒng)強度，降低FMDV向(xiàng)物商國(guó)内擴散的風險。
